User left click on "New (menu item)" 

User left click on "Shortcut (menu item)"

User left click on "Type the location of the item: (editable text)" in "Create Shortcut"  

And Copy This Code Shortcut Box

          %windir%\\System32\\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation

Now Click Next and type Name Lock Finish Your Shortcut

Double click on shortcut Now Lock computer 

Done.......
